Job Posting: Sales Manager (Fully Commission-Based)

Montgomery 2320 Business Development Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position offers a fully commission-based compensation structure and provides the opportunity to work with multiple brands in various industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for multiple brands.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and materials.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4. Experience in selling products/services from multiple brands is a plus.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Current or former entrepreneurs preferred.
